Lindsay Brock Coulter, LPC

Premarital & Marital Consultant

As a dedicated marriage professional, I help committed couples strengthen trust and protect their marriage from divorce.

Background and Training

Lindsay Brock Coulter is a Licensed Psychotherapist, Couples Therapist, and Marital Consultant based in the Northshore Suburbs of Chicago as well as working with clients globally over Zoom.

As a devoted marriage professional, Lindsay helps couples with innovative, research-based approaches to love and relationships.

She began studying psychology at 17, an experience that sparked a lifelong passion for exploring the deeper, often invisible workings of the mind.

She went on to earn her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and her M.A. in Art Therapy from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Lindsay began her clinical career as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Chicago, where she worked with children, adults, couples, and families, building a strong foundation in trauma-informed care.

Over time, she pursued advanced training in Somatic Therapies, Internal Family Systems, Positive Psychology, Polyvagal Theory, Mindfulness, and Clinical Neuropsychology.

Her path expanded internationally in 2020, when she transitioned to remote practice. She deepened her professional study through Gottman Method training, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and psychedelic-assisted therapies. She completed training with Psychedelics Today and the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, and became a Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist. She also enriched her toolkit with Sound Healing and Transpersonal Therapy.

This extensive training in consciousness deepened her understanding of the human condition and equips her to create innovative programs designed to shape the deeper layers of both the self and relationships.

In 2025, Lindsay returned to the U.S. with a clear mission: To help couples build emotionally healthy marriages.

My “WHY”

Logo of Integrative Psychiatry Institute next to text 'Certified Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Provider.'

I know from personal experience how devastating divorce can be for families—my own parents divorced when I was just four years old. This early experience shaped me deeply and sparked a lifelong commitment to helping couples protect their families from the same devastation.

My professional career is dedicated to helping you build happy, healthy partnerships that grow stronger over time.

At the heart of this work is a vision for intergenerational relationship health and wellbeing—where happy, connected marriages are the norm in our society, not the exception.

My deepest desire is to contribute to world peace by enhancing global practices of love, relating, and intimacy.
