Lindsay Brock Coulter, LPC

Licensed Therapist + Relationship Coach

Hello, I'm Lindsay! I grew up near the shores of Lake Michigan in a suburb of Chicago. My family spent summers on a serene lake in rural northwest Wisconsin. This midwest simplicity sparked a lifelong journey toward inner peace and the pursuit of authentic well-being.

I have a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master’s in Art Therapy from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. In 2017, I became a Licensed Professional Counselor and Art Therapist, dedicating my practice to improving the mental health of children, adults, couples, and families.

In 2020, I went to live in Mexico where I explored alternative wellness such as Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, Plant Medicines, Transpersonal Therapy and Mindset Coaching. My journey led me to combine these holistic practices with research-backed approaches—such as Positive Psychology, Somatic Experiencing, The Gottman Method & Polyvagal Theory. I integrate these diverse approaches, helping people to overcome limiting beliefs, transform their habits, and build healthy relationships.

I consider myself a "love futurist," passionate about shaping the future of human connection in an evolving technological world and empowering my clients to create a life filled with genuine love and connection.
