Originally from the North Shore of Chicago in the United States, Lindsay holds a a Master’s degree in Art Therapy from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She’s trained in The Gottman Method, Trauma-Informed Therapies, Mental Health and Relationship Counseling and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy.

With over 7 years of experience as a therapist and coach, Lindsay is deeply committed to helping her clients navigate the joys and complexities of being human particularly in their relationships. Her research extends to neurobiology, mysticism, world religions, consciousness studies, and philosophy, all of which inform her approach to addressing clients emotional, relational and spiritual needs.

Lindsay identifies as a “love futurist,” dedicated to implementing innovative strategies that empower individuals, couples and families to cultivate and navigate love and intimacy in an era when materialism and technology often overshadow the connections with those we cherish.
