In our 90-minute couples sessions, I help you break free from painful cycles of conflict, miscommunication, and disconnection. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and The Gottman Method, we’ll uncover the deeper emotions driving your struggles, rebuild trust, and create new, healthy patterns of love and understanding.
