Marriage Consulting
Marriage consulting is a professional service that helps couples clarify their needs and determine the best path forward to grow and thrive together.
Marriage Consulting offers couples a safe, confidential space to assess what’s really going on in their relationship and clarify the best next step. Whether you’re considering mental health therapy, addiction recovery, discernment counseling, divorce mediation, coaching, or a marriage intensive—consulting helps you sort through the options and choose the right path forward. It’s not about committing to one process—it’s about getting expert guidance to figure out the best path forward.
Marriage Coaching
Marriage coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process designed to help couples strengthen their connection, improve communication, and navigate challenges with more clarity and ease.
Unlike traditional therapy, marriage coaching isn’t about diagnosing or treating mental health conditions—it’s about helping you identify goals, break through negative cycles, and co-create a thriving partnership.
Whether you’re preparing for marriage, facing a transition, or simply wanting to deepen your emotional bond, marriage coaching offers tools, insight, and support to help your relationship grow with purpose.
Marriage Intensives
Couples come to a Marriage Intensive knowing their relationship needs a reset.
Whether it’s harmful cycles of conflict or simply feeling disconnected, an Intensive helps you build emotional safety, learn new ways of relating and break down barriers holding you back from deeper connection.

Though optional, the Marriage Assessment is a highly supportive part of the intensive process and often leads to deeper clarity and faster progress.
You can explore more detailed information about the Assessment here: Marriage Assessment
The full Assessment includes four Zoom sessions:
Session 1: Together — includes a video-based conflict discussion and a review of your relationship history
Session 2 & 3: Individually — one-on-one sessions with each partner focused on personal history
Session 4: Together — consultation and goal-setting for your intensive
You’ll also receive digital written evaluations to complete separately before the intensive. These provide insight and structure to guide our work together.
